BigJohn: I don't have one problem with cutting Federal funding for science as long as our taxes are reduced by a comparable amount. As it is, these so-called "conservatives" deny this kind of funding while not cutting taxes and running massive deficits as well. So, not only do they take more of my money at gunpoint, they also inflate the prices of everything I have to pay for.
