I'm looking for clarity.
Existing stem cell lines can be used with government funding, right?
It's new stem cell lines that won't be funded.
So the money is there already but the materials to do the job properly are denied. Such as negative O blood type "samples".
Again the funding is already provided right?
But they can't create new stem cell lines because?
