This would be a truly amazing breakthrough if able to be scaled up. Having a ready supply of blood at all times for all procedures would be a....well...'godsend' to the health industry.
Oh, wait, these cells from a clump of a dozen cells that resulted from an egg and sperm meeting? Well nevermind then! Banish this technology to hell with the devil where it belongs!
