Hmmm I'm all for architecture celebrating the progress of science and understanding. But we call these things planetariums, museums and libraries. Actually I'd be all for recreating something like the library of Alexandria (although I think most of our current libraries would dwarf it by now anyhow). Hey you could put the Sistine Chapel ceiling (science edition) on top for effect. No need for a temple, it's architecture that's cool about them not the religion inside.
