^^ We don't (yet) have full sharia courts of course.
However, as I understand it, we are 'allowing' or alternatively 'turning a blind eye' to arbitration based on sharia principles to be 'agreed' to by both parties, I don't know yet if that means that a woman's testimony is worth half that of the man's. Or how the rulings are to be enforced, maybe it'll be kept 'in the community', like it used to be in Northern Ireland.
