That was quite magnificent, thank you Richard! I do think that the word "ignoramus" is underused in public discourse, particularly since there are so many of them about.
I do however agree with Greybishop that the footage should have included your slides. No need to throttle the camera operator though, perhaps someone could just edit them into the footage?
Also ... oooooh - a children's book by RD? Can I pre-order NOW? I've been teaching my daughter about evolution since she was five, and I'm sure she would love such a book. What age range were you aiming for?
