I don't think it is Joe. I do occasionally see him posting elsewhere. I usually add a coda pointing out that he is simply copying material from Oktar's sites.His favourite thing at the moment is to cut and paste a claim that they have challenged RD to a debate and that Richard is too scared to take it up. Not too different to FrederickK in that respect.
