I find these discussions more interesting than being alert at work later today. I just have an appreciation for these debates.
..and I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it; I cannot fathom how grown-up human beings can believe in these god ideas--an abstract tool used by cowardly human beings to project themselves in order to do bad *or* to do good, and not to do bad or to do good because of the human beings they really are. I've also said this before; prayer has the psychological function of moving uncertainty and despair to this abstract idea in the mind, rather than dealing with it rationally.
