rod-the-farmer, have you ever heard of Language Log? A nice place to hang out, incidentally, with Geoff Pullum, Mark Liberman, Arnold Zwicky, and other famous linguists. Now, Mark commented (in red color/myl) on a comment not unlike yours, only a bit more rude.
