I read Oliver Sacks paper and had a bit of a wobble over the maths questions. My maths is terrible (no I'm not just saying that) and I could see the pattern of questions was true, false, uncertain. So when the first maths question was given as having the answer 10 I thought "here I go again, can't even do a simple sum like that as I make it 16". On reading the original paper my shaken belief in even my simple mathematical ability was restored as Sam Harris et al made it 16 as well. Phew! Just goes to show how important it is to read what is being referenced before believing what your told.
