Indeed, there is an ancient Martian system for converting all that ice into atmosphere in about 30 seconds. You just have to find the secret tunnel that leads down to the three-fingered hand shaped key, stick your hand in it (with the two middle fingers together), twist, avoid some assholes with guns, and watch the heat rods descend into the ice. Then you can stop bugging out and straining your neck muscles cartoonishly and actually breath on the surface of Mars. Unfortunately, you may still not remember whether or not you are a spy or double-agent with memory implants.
