One point of Coyne's I liked was using the Berkeley website on science to refute their own accomodating position on religion. In other words, applying the Berkeley methodology (of science) to another part of their own logic brings their whole house of cards crashing down.
Science is all about honesty and Berkeley is now caught in a lie. Nice. Surely the authors of their NOMA bullshit on the web must be feeling uncomfortable with one scientific tit in the ringer and the other politically correct one beginning to feel the pinch.
