I agree about envy but jealousy is different; the latter is negative, destructive and often irrational.
We are jealous of our own positions in the affections of our spouses for instance; and liable to imagine all sorts of betrayals if we don't do regular reality checks.
Trust keeps jealousy at bay, envy is healthy but can turn to greed; but, they are different.
