Why does Hitchens call him 'the Prophet Mohammed'? Prophets do not exist, and never have. Is seems rather an abject concession on Hitch's part to call him by what he falsly claimed to be.
That rather assumes ‘Prophet’ is a good thing to be. I expect he says it the same way I say ‘The Psychic Sylvia Brown’ where I rhyme Psychic with ‘bloody scumbag treating people with genuine losses with contempt’. Ok that rhyme doesn’t scan too well but it sure does match my feelings :-)
