Hypothetical question...
A woman is sitting on a train/bus looking at a newspaper or book and it has these cartoons in it. A young Muslim man sees it, becomes offended, snatches it from the woman's hands and destroys it and then stands over the woman glaring and fuming. The woman is obviuosly terrified.
Can you issue this young Muslim an ass-whoopin?
