Fast-paced, too many interruptions from Deveny, but very interesting - warms up as it goes on.
The DDOS attack on the two websites, www.atheistconvention.org.au and www.atheistfoundation.org.au is discussed. As with all these attacks, it seems to have backfired, creating massive publicity for the sites.
A good Dan Barker quote on the programme:
"You believe in a book that has talking animals, wizards, witches, demons, sticks turning into snakes, food falling from the sky, people walking on water, and all sorts of magical, absurd and primitive stories, and you say that we are the ones that need help?"
Richard is described as 'the atheist poster boy himself' - not bad for a 68 year-old!
