Chill people - this is just the start. I have spoken to some of the people in the background and they are all well aware of the problems and how things could be improved. The difficulty is in deciding which features are important and which are a waste of time and resources to maintain. There is a lot which can be done to make this site even more awesome than it is, but even with an unlimited budget and the most brilliant talent it takes time to implement.
I have faith (hack) in the admin gods.
