Bad enough that Pope Palpatine is on the list (I can't think of a single good reason, except to appease Catholics, which isn't a good reason but a bad one), but that he should come in one place above Richard!
Of course, the whole thing is probably an arbitrary list drawn up by a few journalists lending weight to their personal preferences.
