That request sounds reasonable enough. But you have to keep in mind that the person helping out RD.net (maybe just Josh Timonen) has a lot on his hands. I assume he's doing what's easiest, by using the information provided at that link. We can unburden him by doing our own research and conversion. I typed up "change et to world time", and that brought up useful links to do our own calculations. Also, try searching for "et time" on wikipedia.org, it'll give the GMT(or was it UTC?).
