A lot of FICTION about Jesus (and other stuff) is regarded as fact, convenient or not. People being confused about where he hailed from or where he was born is just as likely to happen to a made-up person as a real one... more likely, even, since there's no evidence one way or the other.That reasoning is just bad. There's plenty of contradiction to be found elsewhere in the Bible; doesn't mean there's a real god.
Uhhh right... you know if God was pure fiction they could just not bother with the whole damn Bible... oh wait god is pure fiction. Hmmmm...
