LOL, poor old Russell and his Dick Van Dyke accent! I for one could understand him perfectly well, but struggled to hear Adam Ford a bit. An interesting and enjoyable interview nonetheless.
I do like Russell's thoughtfulness on these matters. For example, it's important to explain what secularists expect from the religious, to pre-empt their complaints of persecution. Of course, the religious will still make their complaints, but if we have established *reasonable* demands of them already, which aren't persecuting, those complaints will be shown up as naive and vexatious.
