Given the trend of comments here regarding modern medicine I take it that the majority of readers here will all line up and agree that all medical therapeutic is good; that medical practice and the public policy which drives it is to not be questioned.

Perhaps this little incident (there are many many others) might give readers pause to wonder if a critical mass is being reached, let alone when an authority figure straps you down and injects something.

Since when have the formerly good offices of our health "caregivers" become enforcement institutions for government authority structures?

Some hesitation may be in order before seeking medical care.

If medical caregivers wish to interrogate their patients and act as extensions of government authority then they should at least make certain to issue a Miranda warning: "Hi I'm Dr. Jones. Anything you say can and will be used against you".

Perhaps the trend will be to patch yourself up and say the hell with 'em.
