I agree. But who might be inclined to study such phenomena? Sociologists I suppose. But which ones? Those coming from the left or those coming from the right?
I'm prepared to believe most scientists most of the time because most research probably isn't all that political. But the more a scientist sounds like a politician (or a social engineer) the more worried I get.
