Oh, and as for the notion of turning Vatican't City into a prison: there would not be anywhere enought room.
Even if one stacked the priests 10 high, there would not be enough.
(Even more so, if one pursues my idea of prosecuting those who have given money to the RCC, as having financed a real terrorist organisation.)
