I was told once by a doctor that esophogeal cancers were "terrible" to treat. (Sorry, Christopher, that's what he told me). (Was having trouble swallowing, turned out to not be esophogeal cancer.) On the other hand, that was about 30 years ago, and great strides have been made in cancer treatment since then. In any event, all the best to Chrisopher Hitchens! Hang in there, Chrisopher. I will be hoping (not praying) for you!
