Ah! I have been waiting for Robertson to publish something. I shall purchase this slender volume poste haste and read it in France over the next week or so.

Very good. I have a great regard for Robertson (he is, after all, a fellow Aussie). He learnt the art of engaging the public in a wonderful TV programme called Hypothetical wherein he put questions of moral, ethical and judicial interest to a panel comprised of interesting, if uncomfortable, bedfellows. Very entertaining television.

Of course, that programme came well after he had defended the amazingly stupid case brought against Oz and its publishers in the 1970s. I suppose, in hindsight, the case is hilarious and is well documented in The Justice Game written by Robertson.

My favourite, however, is The Tyrannicide Brief and the judicial killing of Charles I in 1649.

I will read this small volume now on the market with interest. I recommend we all do the same.
