It needs to be said more explicitly: Bullying, as a behaviour, generally includes taunts about sexuality, regardless of the victim's ACTUAL sexuality, so if one is to address bullying, one MUST address homophobia, which is inextricably linked.
The problem for Focus on the Family is that they are quite literally an anti-homosexual (ie. Pro-bullying) organization with a pro-bullying agenda of their own. Of course they oppose this legislation!
