I don't see why that mention of the reciprocity card is even in your argument. OF COURSE individual rights in the West do not depend on whether Arab countries guarantee those rights or not.
For the rest of the debate I find it useless. We all know here that establishing dress codes women to wear religious outfit is oppresive. Angelina Jolie has accepted that restriction in order to achieve a more immediate goal. I find that perfectly reasonable.
