Blinding! (in the UK sense of bloody brilliant). And to think that c4bl3fl4m3 asked what atheists want .... how about simply keeping all religions out of the public sphere, out of policy, out of politics, out of education and confining religion to where it belongs - an activity engaged in between consenting adults in private!
And somebody called JY justified talking about "atheist fundamentalism" on the grounds that fundamentalism means "strict adherence to any set of basic ideas or principles" ... obviously not having noticed that atheism doesn't have a set of basic ideas or principles - it means absence of belief in deities. Sheesh.
It's great to see this here. Wish I'd known about this blog 3 years ago when this was actually posted!
