This is a step up from exclusion of non-theists, but really, there shouldn't be any damned "invocation" to begin with. Obviously.
Actually, maybe it's a step down. Now that this has happened, the theists will be able to say that they've been accommodating. Now, we'll never get rid of invocations because they're considered "inclusive".
