I don't think 'emotional' arguments work at all, especially as it's quite clear some atheists have an every bit as emotional attachment to logic and reason. I doubt a creature that had no emotions at all would bother to argue rationality and it would have no emotional 'need' to. The best you'd get would be 'It does not compute'.
