Let's face it. Some things you just won't understand in your life time. Many topics require years of study to grasp. You also won't be a world recordist running the marathon, unless you really train hard for years. But, you can still trust theories like quantum mechanics because of things like lasers and transistors. Also because it does not claim absolute knowlegde, only usefull knoledge opened to further evidence. So, don't look for science if you wan't the confort of certainty, or even a perfect understanding of things.
