To be fair, you disparaged the opinions of Feynman who is himself a Nobel Laureate. Since neither Feynman nor Pauling won their Nobel prizes in the treatment of cancer, they are on equal ground when it comes to authority. Even if they didn't, it's still an appeal to authority.
