Christopher doesn't feel he has contributed to humanity through his writing. I beg to differ. His wonderful "God is Not Great" alone is an enormous contribution to clear thinking and reason and, I think, to humanity at large. It has given me (and, I'm sure, countless others like me) the confidence to stand up for reason and science in the face of religious fundamentalism. What more useful gift could he have given? Good luck with all the treatment Christopher! I hope with all my heart that the experimental procedures that could cure you draw so tantalizingly near that you can grasp them and they heal you and give the world another 30 or 40 years of your writing and debating.
