Children are curious and seek answers to questions. Their predisposition to religion arises from this curiosity. In the absence of getting answers they may fill the gap with the a supernatural. Invariably what happens though is that their religious mentors provide ignorant answers.

In Dec 1992 I was travelling with my family from meeting my wife's maternal grandmother at the airport in South Africa. In the car was my 4 year old daughter, my wife and I. My daughter inquire about my wife's relationships to her grandmother ... and an infinite regress ensued back to god. "Who made god?" she inquired. My response: Never stop asking that question.
