Is it a joke? Please someone find out for us that this story is a joke! Because if it isn't, what, who, where, why??????? It is wrong on so many levels. First, a "Jewish rabbinical court", should such a thing exist? This story seems to indicate that it should not. Why would a poor stray dog have anything to do with any spirits of dead people, which do not exist? Why does the fear of a judge suffice to base a verdict on? Why on earth did 20 years ago judges bid the spirit of a deceased lawyer to enter a dog's body? Why did they want to get children to carry out the sentence???? That is so f... u.. Good for the dog if it got out in time. Really, how barbaric.

What I am stupefied by is the sentence to death by stoning in the context of Judaism. Surely, that is not practiced nowadays, is it?
