This fascination with the paranormal is especially prevalent in TV stations that "say" they're dedicated to Science, Nature, and Discovery yet the majority of the shows focus on ghost hunting, quests for the yeti, and mindless explosions that speak little about the science involved. What ever sells to the general public is what is published/aired unfortunately.
