← Prince Charles branded a 'snake oil salesman' by scientist

The poor Prince. No matter how hard he tries, he always seems to rub someone up the wrong way. To his defense, he does do some good from time to time. Take his attempts to save indigenous tribes or his concern over conservation of bio-diversity and national heritage, these are all applause-worthy. When it comes to inter-faith initiatives and forays into scientific versus alternative medicinal debates, I fear that what flows from his mouth can be summed up as nonsense. The most objectionable aspect of this man, however, is that which makes him known to the world. No, not his innate talent or intelligence, but his undeserved luck of being born into an anachronistic system of so-called royalty that - surely - needs to be abolished forthwith. The sad truth is that I meet British people all over the place, especially those living abroad, who have a lingering and sometimes grudging love for these untalented fools called Windsor.
