I read that the budget for NASA is 18 Billion. Sounded like allot until I also read that the budget for air-conditioning in Afghanistan is 20 billion and that has no lasting value whatsoever. It seems that those that want a society that is on the leading edge of knowledge, a peaceable society and a just society have not gelled to vote as a special interest group and get "our" message listened to. Perhaps it is time.
