That's OK Frank, I think you're quite cool too. But only because I refuse to link coolness with religion.
Though you sound more agnostic than true believer to me, with those doubts.
My own position has shifted to the furthest end of the atheist scale lately, a bit like Steve Zara; with certainty that there can be no God.
Yet I wonder - If there really is an afterlife, why do you have to die before you go there? The sensible thing for God to do would be to take you while still alive, that would give the rest of us something to think about.
