I wouldn't doubt that soulless Christians are behind this. If that is true--and we don't know that it is, hard as it is to imagine another reasonable explanation--try to grasp the cynicism; the stupidity; the arrogance involved, to knowingly deny ACS hundreds of thousands of dollars.
