I wonder if anyone considering reviewing this book unread (or willfully misrepresented) is keeping their head down just in case online comments are allowed. I was hoping for another piece of tripe like the recent "review" in the Independent, just so I could enjoy the ensuing evisceration of the author.
Mind you, this is the FT, so it was always likely to be sensible, even without readers' comments.
