Its in a nice pose too, that bone sticking from its backside looks odd though.

Unfortunately that "nice pose" may be the dinosaur convulsing and arching it's back as it dies in pain.

That pose is really just post-mortem contractions that happens to most vertebrates after they die. The muscles stiffen and pull the head and tail towards one another in the case of this theropod. Actually, this looks like a Tyrannosauroid, if I'm not mistaken.
