If I donate through NBGA, through RD.net, does it go to IRC's general fund or can it go specifically for Turkey? Partially related side note, I was just looking at the NBGA link here and I remember there being pictures of Japan earlier in the year from the tsumani and there are still pictures of Joplin MO. No pictures of Turkey yet. Four days later and they are still pulling people out alive. Pretty amazing.
