There is no problem calling anyone with limited intellect stupid, but somehow it's more problematic calling someone with a psychopathic disorder evil. If we keep referring psychopaths to people with just another disability, like ADHD, we're doing society a great disservice, because we all face psychopaths, but most are unable to tell, and it could have disastrous effects.
It matters little that they haven't chosen the disorder, the effects psychopathy displays can only be described as evil.
