No, those are human values. Christian values are about Jesus, Mary, Adam, God, etc... Sectarian values. Girl Guides does not promote sectarian values, they promote universal values.
To me, that means that a little girl from some OTHER PLANET should be allowed to participate.... and, since we know Yahweh's works are confined to this world... the rest is easy.
