Instead of thinking this means organic molecules arrived on asteroids and comets, couldn't it also mean that organic molecules are just easilly made everywhere in the universe? In other words they were produced in abundance on earth as well as on asteroids and comets.
Which makes for a very exciting universe probably filled with life, albeit very simple forms.
