Warn them, and ask...."these immunization shots contradict you're religion on a fundamental level, do you still want them?" Unfortunately we know people who express strong religious convictions will almost always trust god over science. If it wasn't detrimental to our collective health I'd be tempted to let them crack on and destroy themselves via inbreeding and ignorance.
