A "smoke-filled beer hall"? Is that some sort of philosophical discussion arena?

Some of the most profound discussions can go on in that "university of life", the pub. The trouble is, you never remember what you learnt the night before.

And, yes, Hitler used exactly that atmosphere to his political advantage, just like Shakespeare's Brutus, to excite and agitate the "mob". And Hitler had had learnt the same techniques from the RCC and its bully boy priests.

Stalin didn't do too badly with his 5 years training as a priest either! (Russian Orthodox in that case).
