I have to say I have no reason to reject this slogan, since it is a voluntary thing. If ALL the plates in Texas came that way, now that would be objectionable. What someone needs to do is come up with some plates with non-believer slogans, to see if those can get approval. If so, then what are we complaining about ? Freedom of, etc. If not, then the state is promoting a religion and in violation of the separation business.
